It rained last night and we awoke to a blue sky and snow on the mountains -- I hope you can see them behind me! It's rare that the air is clear enough to photograph them. Also behind me is the new US Embassy, which is under construction. I've heard that when it's complete it will be the largest building in Afghanistan.
